How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
2 to 3 working days will be required to process your order. It will then ship, and once it has, delivery to most location is the USA takes approximately 10 to 20 working days depending on location. Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require more time to reach their destination. While it is unlikely, if your shipment time exceeds these standard delivery times then please contact us at email@example.com.
You’re always free to check the status of your order by logging into your WorldPetExpress.net account and you’ll be able to determine once it has been shipped.
Are Your Prices Listed in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
All prices seen on our website are in US dollars, and sales tax is not charged.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We are able to offer a $6.95 USD flat rate for airmail shipping and that can cover any number of products included in the order. Do be aware that bulk orders may cost more and if so the customer will be advised of any potential added charges.
Why Do the Pill / Packaging for Products I’ve Ordered Look Different From the Ones I’ve Received from My Local Pharmacy?
This is possible due to the fact that World Pet Express sometimes sources pet medication from outside the USA as a means of assuring the best prices on pet medications for our customers. However, we can promise our customers that these products have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENTS and work with EXACTLY THE SAME LEVEL OF EFFECTIVENESS AND PRODUCT SAFETY. You may also want to be aware that products sourced from outside the US may have weight and volume listed in Metric rather than Imperial but they will always correspond to what you have ordered.
Is It Safe to Use My Credit Card?
Customers can shop for pet medications online here at World Pet Express and have no concerns about their privacy and sensitive credit card information being at risk. All credit card information is gathered under a Secure Socket Layer URL with 128-bit encryption and this effectively prevents information being intercepted in any way. In addition, all of your personal information remains 100% confidential and will not be sold or distributed to any 3rd parties.

This is done via files called ‘cookies’ that most of you will have heard of. They save any preferences you may have set up while browsing the site to personalize future visits to it. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Here’s a Pet FAQ we get often. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments made through our fully secure 128-bit encrypted site.
What If I Need to Return My Order?
We always ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with every order. We will do what it takes to make it right, and if that’s not possible we will explain our refund process.
